All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations made online are not guaranteed until confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel or unconfirm bookings that do not meet our criteria or in cases of force majeure.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are charged at 50% of the booking fee. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pick-up are non-refundable.
We provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period for non-airport pickups. For airport pickups, we grant 45 minutes of free waiting time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights. Exceeding these grace periods will result in additional waiting time charges.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking, drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the ride without refund if passenger behavior puts the safety of the vehicle or driver at risk.
IQ Limousine is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical failure. In such events, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle or a full refund.
